We only use the best quality locally-sourced meats available. We are proud to serve Harris Ranch premium prime brisket and tri-tip. Our pulled pork is organic and our chicken is free range organic with no animal byproducts. This makes the most tasteful and flavorful meat you can find in the Bay Area.
